Founded by Martin and Gisèle Douglas, the firm was envisioned as more than a service provider. Bespoke Access™ operates as a trusted presence—anticipating needs, coordinating complexity, and supporting how clients move through life and leadership. Our work serves executives navigating demanding schedules, families and caregivers requiring thoughtful coordination, faith-led leaders stewarding mission-driven responsibilities, and military personnel and veterans managing transition with dignity and care.

With more than two decades of experience across luxury service, lifestyle and concierge management, and protective operations, Martin brings a steady, disciplined presence to Bespoke Access™, defined by warmth, precision, and discretion.
He has served as Director of Concierge for premier luxury condominium residences, where he led white-glove resident services, coordinated complex logistics, and acted as a trusted point of contact for high-net-worth residents, boards, and property management teams. He has also owned and operated a luxury concierge firm supporting executives, organizations, and public-facing clients, managing high-stakes logistics quietly and seamlessly.
Martin’s background in protective operations informs how engagements are designed and executed—ensuring that every journey, event, or transition is managed with care, foresight, and professionalism. From the visible touchpoints to the unseen details, his approach prioritizes calm, continuity, and safety without disruption..
Gisèle Douglas, Co-Founder and COO Executive Operations and Strategic Support
With over two decades of experience in legal, strategic, and advisory roles, Gisèle brings disciplined judgment and thoughtful execution to Bespoke Access™. Her work has supported private clientele, principals, business leaders, and mission-driven organizations across domestic and international contexts, with a focus on complex transactions, cross-border operations, real estate and property oversight, and high-stakes coordination.
Born in the Democratic Republic of Congo and shaped by extensive international experience, Gisèle approaches each engagement with a global perspective and a calm, solutions-oriented mindset. Known for translating complex realities into clear, actionable plans, she supports clients by providing structure, continuity, and trusted guidance—ensuring that even the most intricate details are handled with intention and care.
